PRODUCT RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS.

  1. INTIGRA INDIA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Website/ offline following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as and when they are modified. By electronically accepting this Agreement, you confirm your acceptance, and it would be accepted as would a written agreement with your signature.
  2. Once the order has been placed and the funds have been received by us. The order is in the processing stage. The following policy will apply to cancellation requests at various stages of the transaction:
  3. Order once placed can be cancelled only up to 24 hours of placing order. No cancellation will be accepted after 24 hours. INTIGRA INDIA will not make refunds, accept returns, and allow exchanges for all BACK-TO-BACK MANUFACTURING / CUSTOM MADE products.
  4. Goods not shipped from INTIGRA INDIA warehouse: In Cases where the goods have not been shipped after paying 50- 100% payment from the warehouse and a cancellation request is generated. Then the order will NOT BE CANCELLED AND NO REFUND.as per OEM policy the material has been Prepared on is in final stage of Manufacturing cannot be cancelled and No refund will be initiated.
  5. If Goods have been shipped from INTIGRA INDIA /OEM /MANUFACTURES /SUPPLIER warehouse: In Cases where the goods have been shipped from the warehouse and a cancellation request is generated. Then the order will not be cancelled and no refund will be done including Credit Note .
  6. Our Endeavour is to ensure that products are available with us all t Intigra India. However, in cases where the products are not available and not likely to be available for a reasonable period of time INTIGRA will inform the dealer, and Advance will not be refunded .

In case of cancellation of order the refund will be done only after the approval from OEM /MANUFACTURES /SUPPLIER in case of Back to back order and Customize order /GEM / Govt Tenders / BOQ / Bids products within 72 hours of receiving the approval mail from the OEM /MANUFACTURES /SUPPLIER in writing to issue the credit note to the Authorized Partner’s / Respective Dealers and refund will be only in form of Credit note only no Amount will be given for the same .

 Once the transfer is initiated the customer will be given a bank reference ID/ Receipt on the online portal of Intigra India for the refund process which can be viewed in the same https://accounts.intigra.co.in/portal/intigraindia . The transfer of funds is done through third party gateways and will take between 7-10 working days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Return of Products will be subject to the returns process for the affected Product ("Returns Process") as notified by Intigra India from time to time.

Intigra India will not be liable for any damage or defects in the Products: that have been caused by the Purchaser’s Intigra India proper storage, warehousing, or transport, by any neglect, abuse or Intigra India proper use. Installation, maintenance, or unauthorized repair /Malicious Software of the Products. That is not covered by Supplier’s/Vendor’s/manufacturers/ OEM warranty.

 

Products which have been added to, varied, or otherwise modified by, any person other than INTIGRA INDIA/OEM/Supplier or a third party authorized by INTIGRA INDIA/OEM/Supplier in writing.in connection with the claim Purchaser alleges that cartons were damaged in transit, but the Proof of Delivery (POD) does not identify that cartons were damaged in transit. the claim for a return request is not notified to INTIGRA INDIA in writing within the period stated in above clause.

 

If Purchaser is offered special pricing for certain orders and such pricing is made available to INTIGRA INDIA from its Suppliers ("Special/GEM Bids"), the Purchaser shall adhere to the specific terms applicable to Special Bids (“Special Terms/GEM”) and other terms and conditions of such Special Bids. Purchaser agrees to indemnify IM for any breach of these terms, or any claims made against INTIGRA INDIA by the Suppliers for Purchaser's non-compliance with the Supplier's terms and conditions. Purchaser agrees to pay any service fees charged for INTIGRA INDIA 's pass-through of Special Bids and other Supplier driven benefits the Purchaser may receive, including any marketing funding, price protection and individual rebates, and agrees that pass-through and payment of such benefits will be subject to INTIGRA INDIA having received the benefits from its Supplier. The Special Terms may oblige the Purchaser to comply with certain requirements including but not limited to (i) the sale of the Products only to specifically named end-users.

 

(ii) sale of the Products within the approved Territory only; (iii) the disclosure of end-user information to INTIGRA INDIA and its Suppliers/OEM/ MANUFACTURERS for the purpose of end-user verification; and (iv) the submission of copies of end-user invoices/ Contract copy/, end-user purchase orders or end- user shipping documents to INTIGRA INDIA and its Suppliers/OEM/ MANUFACTURERS. Subject to the Special Terms applicable for the individual Suppliers and Products, non-compliance with the Special Terms may entitle INTIGRA INDIA and/or its Suppliers/OEM/ MANUFACTURERS to reclaim and invoice the Purchaser in full for all discounts, rebates and other special price conditions granted to the Purchaser under the special price.

 

  1. This policy is in force from 1st April 2019 Any change in the policy will be at the sole discretion of INTIGRA INDIA. By Accepting this policy, you are accepting the terms conditions, charges as mentioned in the policy.

 1. Any issue related to  technical and Noncompliance of the product as per POTCA we are not responsible.

2. Udaan payment will not be done in case of any delay due to following reason
